Direct-to-Film (DTF) is the revolutionary standard for full-color streetwear apparel. Artwork is printed directly onto PET film with dual high-resolution Ricoh Gen-6 piezoelectric heads, coated with thermoplastic adhesive powder, cured in an infrared tunnel, and heat-pressed with calibrated pneumatic pressure. The result is an ultra-fine, flexible print with razor-sharp micro-linework and vibrant gradients that traditional screen printing cannot achieve.
